Note that your speaking slot is 20 minutes long. Here are a few tips for our speakers:
– A short introduction
– Large font size in the presentation
– Explain abbreviations
Demos are appreciated
Showing your solution instead of just a PowerPoint is often appreciated.
Take questions after your presentation
There will be a 20-minute break between each speaking slot unless otherwise stated. You are allowed to stay in the room to take questions for 10 minutes, but keep in mind that some participants might want to leave on time.

Bring your own computer
There will be no computer on site to borrow so you will have to bring your own. HDMI cable will be available.
WiFi will be available during the conference

Remember to send your presentations to firstname.lastname@example.org when they are finished so that we can share it with the conference participants. We would like the presentation to be a PDF. If you are unable to share your presentation, please inform SAPSA.
